The TH 23056 is a casement window sash lock that offers a low-profile. It only requires a 5/8 in stop thickness. It is white painted die-cast zinc construction. Mounting holes are 2 in apart. When the lever is turned, the locking cam engages the keeper, drawing the window tightly closed against the weather stripping.

For vinyl windows only, adjustable jaw fits all vinyl frame rail thicknesses from 1/16 to 1/2 in thick. Vise like grip holds securely and will not mar inside frame. Allows window to lock in ventilating position, cam style locking lever.
